I placed my order on March 27 and received it only on April 16 — that's 20 days of waiting.
The delivery took far too long, and I received no updates during that time. I even sent an email to inquire about the delay, but no one ever replied.
When the package finally arrived, it was wrinkled and looked messy. The hoodie itself was also in poor condition - it had pilling, loose threads, and was noticeably creased, like it had been stuffed in storage.
I expected better service and quality from a brand that presents itself as premium. I hope this feedback helps improve your standards.

This hoodie is premium to the max. Very well made and extremely comfortable. I was hesitant to buy at first, but I'm happy I did. The shipping is a bit slower then what I am use to when purchasing items, but the arrival of this product made me totally forget about it. Get you one or two.
